Q

What do you attribute your success to?

Finding exceptional mentors has been a key driver of my success. Equally important is consistency—staying the course, even when progress feels slow. I believe that many people give up just before they achieve their breakthrough. I choose not to. I welcome failures and setbacks because they signal that I’m pushing my limits and moving toward the success I aspire to achieve. I make it a point to connect with people regularly and embrace learning opportunities every day. I consider myself a lifelong student, driven by curiosity and an unwavering hunger for growth. Over time, I’ve come to genuinely enjoy being challenged. For me, learning and personal development aren’t just part of the journey—they are the journey.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Life is much like climbing a mountain—you have to learn to enjoy the climb, not just the summit. Along the journey, whether you're being mentored or led by someone, practice humility. Support their guidance, even when it challenges your perspective. There's value in staying the course. Focus on the bigger picture—don’t get caught up in the small stuff. At the same time, remember that excellence lies in the details. Life isn’t all smooth paths; it’s 99% challenge and 1% triumph. That doesn’t mean we should live in negativity—but it helps to approach life with realistic expectations. If you want to understand what you’re truly committed to, look at what you’ve created around you. In leadership and management, don’t just expect outcomes—inspect processes. Don’t simply oversee—intervene with intention.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to stay consistent, remain resilient, and lead with a spirit of generosity. Be willing to support others—even if that means offering your services without compensation early on—because the trust and relationships you build in those initial stages can open doors for years to come. Be a reflection of the work you offer. Practice on yourself first. When you live what you do, it becomes much easier—and far more authentic—to share it with others.
