Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of resilience, curiosity, and a deep commitment to purpose-driven work. Traveling overseas and witnessing firsthand the profound health challenges faced by communities around the world transformed me—not only professionally but personally—forcing me to confront uncomfortable truths and grow in unexpected ways. That experience ignited my passion to do the most good through the pharmaceutical industry, where I could leverage both my leadership skills and compassion to create meaningful impact. I believe success comes from embracing challenges, staying authentic, and continuously learning while inspiring others to rise and innovate alongside you.
